Safety was the most important thing, and safety was approached from two perspectives. From product safety to the front sash, we have incorporated various ideas, such as a front sash fall prevention mechanism to prevent accidental accidents, a balance weight wire removal prevention mechanism, and from work safety to the front sash opening limit stopper to prevent user erroneous operation, and a front sash opening limit checking sticker that is also effective for visual purposes.

Performance

In terms of performance, airflow analysis was performed using fluid simulation software (CFD) and reviewing the baffle structure, pillar shape, and air foil shape were improved, achieving improved performance.

1 Sash Shatterproof Film: The front sash is attached with a sash shatterproof film to prevent the glass from breaking down.

2 Opening limit stopper: The front sash stops in a safe opening position for work, allowing you to work with peace of mind. The stopper can also be secured with a lock.

3 Wall-mounted faucet: It can be controlled remotely, so there is no need to lean deep inside the cabinet to operate it.

4 Remote control handle: The faucet can be fully opened or closed by rotating at 180 degrees.

5 Utility Panel: Additional 100V outlets, 200V outlets, and gas outlets can be installed.

6. Foreign object suction prevention net: It prevents foreign objects that have been accidentally sucked into the equipment from causing damage.

7 Wire removal prevention mechanism: Prevents wires from the pulley, which causes wire cutting.

8 Fall prevention mechanism: Even if the wire is cut, the front sash will be locked at any position within the opening range to prevent accidents.

Status Bar: This function improves visibility during driving conditions. By lighting green when normal and red when abnormal, you can check safety even when the product is away from the work location.

Change height, width and depth dimensions: Height, width and depth dimensions can be changed.

Interior materials changed: You can choose from heat-resistant boards, stainless steel, and vinyl chloride according to your application.

With lower door: A folding door can be attached to the lower stand.

Add outlet: The lower front panel can contain utility.

Gas cock added: Utilities can be incorporated into the draft cabinet.

Exhaust fan installed: This is effective when there is no space for ducts or fans. When installed, the exhaust duct connection position will change.

Air supply unit: It can be equipped with a box to blow out the air supply. You can also select an air supply fan with an air supply capacity (about 80%) that matches the engine displacement of the draft, and it can be linked to the operation of the exhaust fan. When an air supply unit is installed, the product height will be 400mm higher.
